Eva J. Mohr is a Senior Vice President of Sotheby's International Realty and joined the company in 1988. She has consistently been one of the top producers at Sotheby's International Realty and in the industry.
Representing both buyers and/or sellers, Mrs. Mohr specializes in the sales of Manhattan cooperatives, condominiums and townhouses and has transacted over 1 billion dollars in sales. She has completed the sale of some of New York's most expensive properties. Well-known sales include selling an apartment for $14,000,000 and reselling it for $28,000,000 two years later. She recently sold an apartment for $30,000,000, and its value has more than doubled.
Possessing a unique ability to evaluate maximum market prices, she was able to obtain the highest prices for some of the top buildings in New York. She is also known to obtain the best value for acquisitions for her clients. Mrs. Mohr's clientele include affluent families throughout the world and the financial community as well as celebrities. She is very professional and is known as a closer of deals. She has also handled real estate referral needs in the Hamptons and California for her clients.
On a personal level, Eva lives on the East Side of Manhattan with her husband. She has actively served on many committees of various charitable organizations. Prior to becoming a real estate broker, she was a successful interior designer. The knowledge of interior design has been most helpful in helping clients purchase the right apartment. She has also been a member of the New York Real Estate Board since starting her real estate career. Eva is a member of the Cosmopolitan Club in New York City.
